Yoga Space Parede

Yoga studio Cascais seekers can find in-person yoga classes and teacher training at Yoga Space Parede, located in São Domingos de Rana. Superation Yoga School brings together traditional yoga wisdom with contemporary knowledge of the body and mind, presenting yoga as a practice, philosophy and way of life.

The school offers regular classes as well as a 200-hour international yoga teacher training programme. Designed for beginners, regular practitioners and existing teachers, the training supports students in building a solid independent practice, developing teaching skills and exploring advanced techniques.

Its annual 2026 professional teacher training is organised across eight weekends. The programme includes yoga philosophy and an asana laboratory, with an approach that values tradition alongside modern teaching methods.

Yoga Space Parede welcomes those wishing to deepen their own practice or prepare to share yoga with others. Reservations are available for in-person classes and the teacher training programme.
