Noah Surf & Skate

Surf school Cascais, Noah Surf & Skate offers surf and bodyboard lessons in Carcavelos, alongside skate and surfskate activities. The school provides group lessons, private and semi-private sessions, intensive surf programmes, coaching and surf trips.

Founded by Inês Silva, the school brings together her experience as a surfer, competitor and coach. Inês began surfing at age seven and later competed, becoming regional champion and Portuguese Cup clubs champion.

She holds a degree in Sports Science from FMH. Training is led by professionals accredited by the Portuguese Surf Federation.

Most sessions include a coach in the water and another coach filming waves from outside, with footage later reviewed to provide personalised feedback. The school also offers physical training aimed at improving performance.

Noah Surf & Skate welcomes students looking to learn or develop their surfing, bodyboarding, skating or surfskating. Its programme also includes holiday activities, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, team building and Pride parties.
