Each batch is infused for 24 hours, then carefully filtered for a clean texture, smooth body and balanced finish. The coffee is artisan roasted in Sintra before arriving in Cascais, where each bottle is prepared individually.

Dio’s keeps its recipe simple: no added sugar, preservatives or artificial flavours. Sweetness comes naturally from the fruit and coffee, with fresh preparation intended to preserve their character.
