TTF Cascais Mercado

Gym Cascais at TTF Cascais Mercado offers a practical place to train near the Mercado Vila de Cascais, directly opposite the village market. The club is also within walking distance of Cascais train station, Largo da Estação, UCSP Cascais and Auchan Cascais, with easy access via the A5.

Open daily from 06:00 to 00:00, the gym is designed to fit early mornings, lunch breaks and evening routines. Members can use modern cardio and strength equipment, including heavy dumbbells, a stair machine, hack machine and hip-thrust machine, for strength, cardio and functional training.

Personal Trainers are available to provide support during training, while individual PT sessions can be booked as an optional service. Nutrition consultations are also available, alongside personalised training and nutrition plans through the TTF app.

TTF Cascais Mercado offers a free trial workout, subject to limited weekly availability. Membership has no mandatory contract commitment, and members can access clubs included in their chosen plan.

It is a welcoming option for beginners and experienced gym-goers who want to train at their own pace.
