Traquitanas

Restaurant Cascais visitors can discover Traquitanas, a family-run restaurant in Alcabideche that has been serving guests since 1978. Opened by brothers Alberto, António and César, the restaurant is now supported by a new generation, continuing a long-standing local story of meals, meetings and memories.

The menu presents a broad selection of Portuguese dishes, including seafood, fish and meat specialities. Examples shown include paelha, mariscada, grilled grouper, octopus fillets with rice, carne de porco à Alentejana, arroz de pato and Bife à Traquitanas, alongside desserts such as farófias and pudim flan.

Located on Rua de Cascais, Traquitanas offers indoor dining with air conditioning, outdoor tables and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant also provides takeaway and delivery, and can host private events and wedding celebrations.

Reservations can be made through its website. Traquitanas is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday, while it is closed on Thursdays.
