Architecture firm Cascais TERRIORD specialises in urban planning and territorial planning, with an office in Alcabideche. Founded in 2017 by urban planner architect Filipa Dinis, the practice draws on experience in projects across Portugal and internationally.

Its services include Municipal Master Plans, Urbanisation Plans, Detailed Plans, Execution Units and subdivision operations. TERRIORD also prepares urban planning feasibility studies and constructive feasibility assessments, including technical due diligence.
