Surf school Cascais visitors can join Surf At for coaching and guiding shaped around their experience, from first-time surfers to those aiming to progress. The school teaches surfing and bodyboarding in a safe, enthusiastic setting, with programmes for different ages and levels.

Based around Praia Grande and Praia das Maçãs in Sintra, Surf At may also run classes in Colares, Cascais or Caparica. Sessions are selected according to tides and sea conditions, helping the team find suitable waves for each group and skill level.

Choose group lessons, private lessons, surf guiding, camps, summer clinics for children, equipment rental or group events. Group classes include sanitised equipment and are taught with one teacher per group of five students.
