Passar Ideias

Construction company Cascais Passar Ideias combines architecture, construction, rehabilitation and site management for projects in Carcavelos, Cascais, Oeiras, central Lisbon and elsewhere in Portugal. Founded in 2004 by Carlos Appleton, the company began with construction, rehabilitation and work management.

In 2017, it added architecture, enabling the team to develop projects from the initial design through to the rehabilitation or construction of each space. Passar Ideias works with apartments, houses, buildings, warehouses and shops.

Its approach is tailored to each client’s lifestyle and includes personalised follow-up throughout the process. For rehabilitation work, the team can adapt a project as the existing building reveals new requirements during construction.

Sustainability is central to its work. Passar Ideias encourages preservation of original structures and reuse of existing elements, while seeking Portuguese materials and brands with environmental concerns where possible.

The company also emphasises transparent communication and meeting commitments with clients and suppliers.
