Restaurant Cascais Lumière – Restaurante Bar brings cinema-inspired dining to Travessa Afonso Sanches in Cascais. Created from a passion for film and the art of welcoming guests, the restaurant frames each dinner as a memorable scene, with Hollywood echoes reflected in its atmosphere.

Chef Roger Gonçalves creates dishes that combine Portuguese soul with Japanese influences. The kitchen’s approach is designed to bring together these two culinary references in plates made to surprise and create lasting memories.

Behind Lumière are owners Mário Araújo and João Paulo Andrade, who share a vision of turning their passion for cinema and hospitality into a living story. Guests are invited to take the leading role, with the table, food and overall experience forming part of the restaurant’s cinematic narrative.

Lumière is open Monday to Saturday from 17:00 to 00:00. Table reservations are available for those planning an evening in central Cascais.
