Her practice is based in Parede and welcomes clients in Portuguese and English. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ana Faustino supports women dealing with family difficulties, toxic relationships, anxiety, overload, lack of boundaries and feelings of inner disconnection.

The work also focuses on emotional strengthening, self-confidence, resilience and healthier relationships. Appointments are offered in person at the Parede office or online by video call, according to each client’s preference and availability.
