Restaurant Cascais visitors can discover Conceito in Bicesse, a restaurant founded in 2011 by chef Daniel Estriga. Daniel and Vanessa Estriga lead a team focused on gastronomy and hospitality, welcoming diners from around the world in a setting designed for an unhurried meal.

The dining room opens onto the kitchen, making the team’s careful, respectful and passionate approach part of the experience. Conceito works with ingredients from local markets and producers, while personal contact begins before guests arrive and continues throughout their visit.

The restaurant presents one tasting menu, revealed moment by moment during the meal to create an experience of surprise and emotion. Guests are asked to share allergies or dietary restrictions when reserving so the menu can be adapted with care.

Children are welcome, with age and dietary needs considered for a tailored proposal. Conceito also creates personalised events at home, at a chosen venue or in the restaurant itself, for special occasions and corporate gatherings.

Reservations are available for dinner and events; the restaurant opens Tuesday to Saturday from 19:30 to 23:00.
