Cascais Routes - Outdoor Activities

Surf school Cascais visitors can discover as part of Cascais Routes’ wider outdoor programme in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. The local team guides families, residents and travellers through activities by sea and mountain, with daily surf lessons available throughout the year.

Based on Avenida da Charneca in Cascais, Cascais Routes has been operating since 2014. Its instructors and guides are local, sharing the waves, trails and rock of the area with people looking to get active outdoors.

Alongside surfing, the programme includes kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking, as well as stand-up paddle and e-bike tours. The company also organises easy sightseeing tours, half-day private tours and full-day private tours.

Families can explore dedicated children’s outdoor programmes, including after-school sessions, weekend training, school-break camps and birthday parties. Weekend activities offer separate groups for children and adults, while team-building experiences are available for companies.

Cascais Routes is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
