Casa Viva Obras

Construction company Cascais, Casa Viva Obras supports renovation, building rehabilitation, new construction and small repair projects. Its services include apartment and house renovations, as well as bathroom and kitchen remodelling.

The company also works on commercial spaces, including shops and offices, and offers building-related work such as façade painting, roof and terrace waterproofing, and rehabilitation projects. Projects and 3D drawings are also part of its service offering.

Casa Viva Obras works through a project-management model. A works manager advises clients, visits the site, prepares a list of works and a comparative schedule, and helps obtain several comparable quotations from partner construction companies.

Based in Cascais, Casa Viva Obras serves clients seeking support from the planning stage through the selection of a company for their project. The client remains free to choose the company that will carry out the work.
