Carlson Gracie Cascais - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Martial arts school Cascais Carlson Gracie Cascais teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a lifestyle, combining martial arts techniques and physical activity in a healthy, family-oriented environment. Classes are available for children from age four, helping them develop discipline, focus, reasoning, balance and coordination.

The school also offers adult group classes for men and women, covering martial arts philosophy, sport-fighting techniques and self-defence. For those seeking a more tailored format, VIP lessons are available individually or in closed groups outside conventional class times.

Teaching is led by experienced instructors recognised by the IBJJF, CBJJ and FPJJB. Located in Alcabideche, near the Bombeiros de Alcabideche, the school is around 10 minutes from the Cascais line and five minutes from Cascais Shopping by car.
