Blue Coworking

Office space rental agency Cascais Blue Coworking provides an equipped, private consultation room in the heart of Cascais for health professionals. The Essential Room is designed for individual psychotherapy, nutrition, coaching and specialist consultations.

The 9m² room offers a clinical, professional setting with natural light, a sea view and furnishings ready for appointments. It is intended to give practitioners a welcoming, neutral environment where clients can feel they are visiting a private practice.

Bookings are organised in fixed morning, afternoon or evening sessions, helping avoid overlap between professionals and patients. After booking and payment, users receive confirmation details and a unique digital access code by email.

There is no receptionist or visible branding on site, supporting a discreet experience. The consultation room is located at Avenida Engenheiro Adelino Amaro da Costa 189, Office 16, Cascais.

Changes or cancellations can be made through the confirmation email up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
