Architect Cascais Arqsize is a multidisciplinary practice based in São Domingos de Rana, Cascais, developing architecture, engineering, management and construction-related projects. Founded by architects Alexandre Codina and Luís Teles, the company works with a team that includes architects, designers, engineers and managers.

Its architectural work covers new-build projects, rehabilitation, remodelling and urban plans, with landscape projects and design integrated where required. Arqsize develops project stages either continuously or independently, including preliminary studies, licensing and execution projects, landscape architecture and interior design.

The practice uses a three-dimensional design process from start to finish and integrates BIM thinking to manage the building life cycle and optimise construction stages. Engineering specialists work alongside the architectural team, supporting complex projects and coordinating technical disciplines.

For construction and property investment, Arqsize provides consultancy, contractual and materials management, economic feasibility studies, financing support and turnkey services. It also offers technical assistance to owners, construction coordination, management and site supervision, with attention to quality control and workplace safety.

With 15 years of experience, Arqsize has completed projects in Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and China.
