ABA Clinic & Consulting

Mental health clinic Cascais, ABA Clinic & Consulting is based in Carcavelos and supports children, adolescents and families through evidence-based behavioural, cognitive and developmental psychology. The clinic provides autism and ADHD assessments, psychotherapy, psychological support, intensive ABA therapy, parent guidance and therapeutic groups.

It also offers therapy in English for expatriates in Portugal, alongside training and supervision. Care begins with a detailed initial assessment of development and behaviour, followed by an individualised intervention plan.

Programmes may use ABA, CBT and ACT methodologies, with systematic monitoring of progress. The multidisciplinary team works in coordination with families and schools where appropriate, including school-based support and social-skills groups.
