Surf Cascais

Surf school Cascais offers surf lessons and surf camp experiences in the Cascais area, with sessions held at Carcavelos, Guincho and Praia Grande beaches. Lessons are booked according to the best conditions and welcome beginners, intermediate and experienced surfers of all ages.

Group lessons are organised by surfing level and have a maximum of six students per instructor. Private lessons can be adapted to individual ability, while surf coaching sessions draw on local knowledge to help surfers make the most of their time in the area.

Equipment and insurance are included with group and private lessons. For longer stays, Surf Cascais combines accommodation with surf school services and yoga.

Its Surf Villa and Surf House are in Murches, close to Guincho Beach and Sintra National Park. The villa has shared and private bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, living areas, garden and swimming pool; Surf House guests can also use the villa facilities.

131/2014) and the Captaincy of the Cascais Port.
