Mérito Prendado

Home builder Cascais Mérito Prendado creates modular homes and transformed maritime-container spaces from its base in Manique de Baixo, Alcabideche. The company works on projects throughout Portugal, offering adaptable solutions for permanent living and holiday use.

Its modular and container-based projects can also serve tourism accommodation, camping, shops, cafés, offices, stands and garages. Customised solutions are available for clients looking to shape a space around a particular purpose.

A recent Tiny House T1 project was presented with 46 m² and in the finishing phase. Mérito Prendado explains that this type of home can be anchored to a concrete base, supporting a more secure installation on site.

For homeowners, tourism operators and businesses seeking a modular building option, Mérito Prendado offers container transformations designed to become practical, personalised spaces.
