KFC

Chicken restaurant Cascais visitors can find KFC in Alcabideche, on Estrada Nacional 9. Part of the KFC Portugal network, this location is for people looking for the brand’s signature crispy chicken and a choice of eating options.

KFC Portugal offers food to eat in and delivery, alongside promotional offers. Its chicken is prepared according to the brand’s exclusive recipes, centred on the Colonel Sanders recipe of 11 herbs and spices, created in 1939.

The brand states that it serves 100% chicken meat, with chicken pieces of national origin. Whole chicken pieces are selected, marinated and breaded in the restaurant daily, then cooked using a computerised cooking system designed to maintain consistent quality.

KFC also says its suppliers are certified under the HCCP food-safety standard and must meet European animal-welfare legislation. For a familiar chicken meal in the Alcabideche area, KFC combines dine-in and delivery options with freshly prepared, breaded chicken pieces.
